Goin' For It

One thing I discovered about myself is that I want my life to unfold before and I want it to be easy.  How arrogant of me.  If I love something so much to devote my life to it, like fashion, then why should I get what I want without trying?
It gives it more value when you've worked your tail off getting your dream.

Today I went on a little adventure and was able to get some really cool pics snapped.  I wore a crocheted sweater and chambray shirt both from TJ Maxx, brown lace-up boots from Target and black pants from Forever 21.  I layered two simple gold necklaces and I got my sunglasses from the admissions office at my school, right on

Now I Had the Time of My Life

Growing up, all you hear is "College is the best time of your life."  Let me tell you, that could not be more accurate.  These past months at school have been some of the best times of my life.  Everything is so spontaneous and fun; I have made friends that will last a lifetime and I've learned so many valuable lessons that I couldn't be more thankful for.  You kind of get thrown into life so fast and it was pretty overwhelming but it's also exciting.  We're all embarking on this adventure together and we have no idea what is around the corner but we at least have each other to get through it.

Today I wore a skater dress from TJ Maxx and these beautiful black booties from Target.  I was shocked when I saw them, I was in the car and saw that my sister got them in brown and as soon as I found out they came in black too I snatched them up so fast.  They're too perfect.
